Luby’s Culinary Services now provides culinary services for 1301 Fannin in downtown Houston. The multi-year agreement was reached with Griffin Partners, which owns and manages the 24-story building. Luby’s, etc. opened with a remodeled kitchen on August 12, 2009 and occupies the 13th floor.

“We are excited about this partnership and look forward to providing quality food and service to the tenants at 1301 Fannin,” said Chris Pappas, President and CEO of Luby's.

Pappas added that "the culinary services division is a natural extension of the Luby's core restaurant operation. As a market leader in cafeteria-style dining, we excel in providing quality food service to meet the demands of a busy office tower or healthcare facility. In addition to the service at 1301 Fannin, we provide food service to 16 health care, business & industry or higher education facilities throughout the state of Texas.”
