I have served in the capacity as the Patient Liaison here at Three Crosses Regional Hospital for over a year … I have never seen such a hardworking and dedicated group of individuals who work for the hospital culinary service as Luby’s Culinary Services. They take pride in each area of food services from the time the order is taken, food delivered, the quality and temperature of the food at time of delivery. They each exhibit professionalism, kindness and utilize AIDET in each encounter with our patients here.

The scores we measure here are the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Health Care Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) on a weekly basis. The custom question that pertains to food services is the Overall quality of food that they continue to stay in the 90th percentile ranking quarterly.
